This library is great! It's very clean here, even the bathrooms. They're open with reasonable hours. A friendly and helpful staff and there are areas that are quiet where you can read in peace.
The library is great but the customer service is horrible! Especially the children's department. I have never seen such a bad children's librarian. I was a children's librarian myself, so this is such a disgrace... The library itself is beautiful!!!!

If you want your child to fall in love with books, come here) incredible atmosphere; a large selection of books for every taste, including new ones and for the smallest; interesting events; and now also a play library 🤩 I love this place, my daughter does the same, and now she has also enrolled her 2-year-old son) it is very nice to communicate with the library staff, they always help)
The library has parking for bicycles (we arrive by bicycle), a wardrobe, a toilet, a coffee machine, an interactive table for children, places where you can read, board games on the second floor, but you can only play in the library.
To take a book, you need to register and pay a one-time payment of UAH 100, you can take 5 books for 2 weeks.

There is everything for our children here: a huge selection of books for every taste, board games, groups, master classes! Friendly employees will always help and advise on something interesting. A very wonderful and modern space. I recommend it to everyone!
Thank you very much for such a library. We take books for children regularly. The fund is new and modern. We read the best Ukrainian books for free. Previously, a significant budget was spent on this. A subscription for a child costs UAH 100 without a validity period, and the term for which you can take books is 2 weeks (5 books at once).
The best library I visited) everything is perfect, the staff is polite and attentive! A large selection of children's literature, the quality of the books is excellent)) cozy! The eldest daughter goes almost every day after school, loves to do her lessons here)) and the youngest (first grade) enjoys spending time here!
Cool library and venue for events!
Even when I was a child, my school and I were taken to this library to take books and watch educational cartoons, then it was not so modern, there were fewer rooms and books. Now the library is just a modern hub! There is a cool terrace where film screenings are held, there are many halls, you can work with a laptop, you can rent premises for events - everything you need is available.
I highly recommend visiting, it looks really cool!
A very wonderful library. The range of books is impressive. It is constantly replenished with new modern classic books. Service is at the highest level, friendly and professional librarians.
